SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing and Delivery Time

All of our products are made to order, meaning production begins after your order has been processed. Customers can expect to receive their orders within 10-21 business days after payment and order confirmation.
Order Queue:
Once payment is confirmed, your order enters a 7-hour waiting period before production starts. During this time, you may modify order details (e.g., size, color, or quantity) or cancel your order if necessary.

Production Time

Production typically takes 1-3 business days depending on the product type. Below are estimated production times for different product categories:
  • Printed apparel (standard/partial printing): 3-5 business days
  • Canvas/Poster printing: 5-7 business days
  • All Over Print apparel and products: 7-10 business days

Shipping Time

The estimated shipping timeframe of 10-21 business days is a general guideline. Delivery times may vary depending on location, and in some cases, shipping may exceed or fall below the estimated timeframe.
Shipping times for various product categories are outlined below:
  • Printed apparel (standard/partial printing): 5-7 business days
  • All Over Print apparel and products: 11-20 business days
  • International orders may require an additional 1-2 weeks.
Note: Shipping may take up to 21-25 business days. Tracking updates might be delayed in some cases, so we kindly ask for your patience.
To expedite delivery, we use a network of warehouses worldwide. Products are typically produced and shipped from the warehouse nearest to your location.
All shipments include a tracking link provided via a shipping notification email. You can use this link to monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees vary based on the destination and the number of items in your order.

Shipping Rates for the US:

  • Free shipping for orders over $200
  • Most items: $5.99 for the first item + $1.99 per additional item

International Shipping Rates:

  • Free shipping for orders over $300
  • Most items: $11.99 for the first item + $2.99 per additional item
Note: Shipping to certain regions may incur higher costs, and some countries may not offer full tracking updates.

Re-shipping Policy

The following scenarios are eligible for re-shipping:
  • The customer provided incorrect address or contact details, resulting in failed delivery attempts.
  • The shipping carrier was unable to reach the customer after multiple delivery attempts.
In such cases, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. We will re-ship once the customer provides updated and accurate shipping details. Re-shipping costs are as follows:
  • $5 per item for US re-shipping
  • $8 per item for international re-shipping

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We currently do not offer multi-destination shipping. To ship items to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.

Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. However, shipments to APO addresses may take 40-45 days to arrive. Please note that once the parcel enters the military area, tracking updates may no longer be available for security reasons.

VAT and Duties

We do not collect VAT or other taxes for international shipments. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties imposed by their local customs authorities.
VAT charges vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further details regarding potential fees.
